Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a dynamic hub of innovation, working across land, sea, and air projects. Our portfolio includes the RB17 Hypercar, a submarine, collaborations with KTM Moto GP Team, and Alinghi Red Bull Racing in the America’s Cup. We leverage Formula One expertise to push the boundaries of performance and design.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our supply chain team at RBAT.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Confirm the quality of parts and assemblies produced for RBAT, ensuring they meet design and technical specifications using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) methods.
2. Ensure understanding and adherence to quality procedures at all inspection stages.
3. Accurately and promptly enter data into business systems, including Parts Management and Quality reporting systems.
4. Identify non-conforming components, complete inspection reports, and provide accurate information for decision-making.
5. Support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities with sustainable solutions.
6. Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to improve part performance, reliability, and structural integrity.
7. Perform weekly calibration and log entries of quality equipment, such as probes and laser scanners.

Key Competencies:

1. Proficiency in Polyworks, including programming and editing.
2. Extensive knowledge of inspection processes using CMM, Romer Arm, and hand tools; familiarity with height gauges, shadow graphs, hardness testing, and form tracers is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of metrology principles and measurement techniques, including GD&T.
4. Experience with CAD models, including interrogation, layer settings, and reference sets.
5. At least 3 years of experience in a quality environment working under tight deadlines.
6. Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and FMEA deployment and use.
