Qualifications

• Quality assurance frameworks, audits and improvement experience.
• Experience delivering performance oversight and data-informed improvement.
• Experience supporting people experiencing homelessness with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance function across frontline services, coordinating audits, quality checks and improvement plans.
• Monitor performance against contractual and regulatory standards, and report to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Use data from performance, safeguarding and resident feedback to identify priorities and drive service improvements.
• Oversee information requests and maintain record-keeping with confidentiality and governance in mind.
• Lead service management and practice development to embed trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
