Role: Quality Assurance Engineer

Purpose: Support the business in QMS compliance, lead internal audits, host customer and regulatory audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards.

Scope: Reports to the Quality Manager and collaborates with all business functions.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the AS/AS QMS across the business.
2. Maintain all QMS documents, procedures, standards, and specifications.
3. Plan and execute internal audits, manage non-conformances.
4. Host external audits and support closure of non-conformances.

Person Specification:

Professional Requirements and Experience:

• Relevant qualification or industrial experience.
• Experience with QMS in aerospace (advantageous).
• Experience as an internal auditor.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Q-Pulse experience advantageous.

Personal Competencies:

• Confident in hosting audits.
• Self-motivated, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
