Job description

Acrisure's presence in the United Kingdom (UK) is growing, and the recent acquisition by Acrisure of TEn Insurance Services Limited (now rebranded Eleven Network) provides a stable network platform to build upon and expand the Acrisure UK Retail team. TEn has been trading as an independent network since 2005, establishing a reputable presence in the network space.

Being part of Acrisure allows Eleven to strengthen its proposition to include Directly Authorised Brokers and continue developing the AR proposition.

Responsibilities

1. Complete end-to-end file reviews for Elevens ARs, staff, and Acrisure Partner Firms Advisors, as well as supporting other file reviews as directed.
2. Provide guidance to other business areas to address remedial items identified during file reviews.
3. Support and advise the business on compliance with best practices.
4. Manage caseloads of file reviews using logs/systems, tracking progress and outcomes.
5. Plan, organise, and conduct risk-based electronic/file audits for Elevens ARs, staff, and Acrisure Partner Firms Advisors.
6. Analyse and interpret review results to identify trends, observations, and recommendations.
7. Follow up on recommendations promptly and communicate findings to the business and operations teams.
8. Perform any other tasks delegated by your line manager to support the team and company.

Investigate customer concerns regarding policy sales, ongoing eligibility, and suitability, including reviews of previous claims and complaints to ensure fair treatment and identify any customer harm.

Requirements

• Demonstrate commitment to ensuring Appointed Representatives and Directly Authorised Brokers act in a compliant manner, delivering good outcomes for clients.
• Ability to conduct detailed case assessments and file reviews, making balanced decisions aligned with business principles and procedures.
• Experience with QA, compliance, and broking systems (Acturis experience preferred).
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently, demonstrating good discipline and time management.
• Empathy for the challenges faced by Broker Members in running their own businesses.
• Maintain relevant data on company systems.
• Manage own diary effectively.
• Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and initiative.
