We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, usability, and quality of our websites and products through a combination of manual and automated testing. Working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in identifying issues, verifying fixes, and maintaining high standards across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to assess the testability of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Attend Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Create, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test plans and test cases across multiple projects.
  • Ensure high-quality standards across core sites & products by identifying defects and inconsistencies.
  • Perform thorough testing of visual and content elements such as language usage and formatting.
  • Support demonstrations of new features and functionality to stakeholders.
  • Work with the team to ensure testing is completed on schedule and report on progress.
  • Contribute to identifying problems in existing processes and assist in proposing practical solutions.
  • Manage incoming requests via the service desk, liaise with developers and triage effectively.
  • Proactively identify UX or accessibility concerns during testing.
  • Assist in the design, building, and maintenance of an automated test framework.
  • Identify regression risks and implement appropriate automated test coverage.
  • Maintain clear and structured QA documentation, including outcomes and known issues.

Skills Required

  • Experience designing and executing both functional and non-functional test cases.
  • Ability to identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical, analytical approach to testing.
  • Working knowledge of browser dev tools and web debugging techniques.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) for test automation.
  • Understanding of regression testing, QA workflows, and version control practices (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with a curiosity-driven approach to learning new tools and practices.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of cross-browser or responsive testing practices.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of website development principles.
  • Experience conducting performance or usability testing.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
