Role Purpose

The HR Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR data during organizational changes, such as redundancies, TUPE transfers, and restructures. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR policies and employment legislation.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Data Quality Assurance: Validate and verify HR data to ensure accuracy during organizational changes. Identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in employee records, paperwork, and calculators. Ensure data integrity in HR systems before and after changes are implemented.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and GDPR regulations in data handling. Identify and raise compliance risks related to redundancies and TUPE transfers. Support HR teams in conducting audits and checks to minimize errors. Create and maintain QA checklists for HR change processes. Produce reports on data accuracy, error trends, and process compliance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Change Managers, and HR Operations teams to validate and reconcile data. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Proven experience in HR data quality assurance, HR operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and change processes (redundancies, TUPE)
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and data validation skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with HR collaborators
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
