Job summary

Agena Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Quality & Assurance Executive to join our team. The role focuses on developing and implementing QA policies, monitoring metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance to maintain excellence in operations.

Responsibilities

• To conduct quality assurance on work processed through the Validations, Complaints, Customer Services and Appeals teams.
• Maintain and ensure consistency with QA on all tasks reviewed.
• To assist in analysing quality performance metrics.
• To assist the Team Leader in creating and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures.
• To assist in identifying areas for improvement across quality assurance and potentially other departments.
• Collaborate with departments on processes and quality improvement.
