Job summary

Sustainable Building Services (SBS) is seeking a Quality Administrator to support retrofit and energy-efficiency projects from our Coventry base. The role involves gathering evidence, lodgement preparation, and liaising with contractors and site teams to ensure documentation meets PAS and MCS standards.

You will work with Retrofit Coordinators and regional teams, manage uploads across platforms, travel to other sites as needed, and help hit contractual deadlines while maintaining high compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
• GCSEs and above.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Collate paperwork for energy efficiency installations.
• Coordinate with Retrofit Coordinators to align with programmes.
• Provide compliance support to regional teams.
• Upload and manage documents across platforms.
• Maintain accuracy to avoid compliance failures.
• Meet partner contractual deadlines.
• Engage subcontractors to support delivery.
• Request client folder access and upload lodgement evidence.
• Travel to other sites to provide admin support.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
