Job summary

Academics is recruiting a qualified Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Retford. You will assist teachers in EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping deliver engaging lessons and supporting individual students and small groups.

The role includes maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom, helping with planning and preparation, and working with education consultants to provide excellent support. A CACHE/NVQ 2-4 and Enhanced DBS are required, with the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Hold a CACHE / NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
• Be able to provide reference details from your most recent employment and covering the last 24 months.
• Hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience supporting children in a classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 for six months or more.

Are you a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children's learning? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and support primary schools across Retford!

About the Role: As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to teachers and students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Your role will be to help create a positive and effective learning environment in primary schools throughout Retford.

Key Responsibilities:
