The Role

As a teacher at this school, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of children and young people. You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the targets in each pupil's EHCP
  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel valued, empowered, and motivated
  • Build positive relationships and provide emotional as well as academic support
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff, to ensure holistic support for all pupils
