Job summary

The Old Station Nursery Henley is seeking a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Henley-on-Thames. You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities forEYFS children, build strong relationships with families, and support everyday nursery operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification or QTS.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
• Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
