Job summary

Hazles Farm Childcare is seeking a Level 2 minimum Nursery Practitioner to join our rural Shawbury preschool team. The role involves supporting children across EYFS, facilitating indoor and outdoor learning, and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will plan activities, assess progress, and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and parents to promote holistic development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification as a Nursery Practitioner.
• Experience with EYFS and child development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Support children across EYFS and help them develop confidence.
• Plan and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
• Maintain a safe, secure and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and liaise with parents and carers.
