Education Matters Group is seeking Qualified Nursery Assistants for ad-hoc, on-demand support in Bishop's Stortford. Flexible shifts and ad-hoc work let you fit around your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience in Early Years settings.

You should hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification and bring enthusiasm, reliability and excellent teamwork. Right to work in the UK is required, with DBS on update service advantageous.

About the role:

As a Qualified Nursery Assistant, you'll be supporting children with their daily routines, engaging them in fun and educational activities, and helping to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Duties typically include assisting with play, mealtimes and activities, maintaining engaging learning spaces, supporting children's development, and working alongside experienced nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care.

We're looking for:

• A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)
