TimePlan Education is recruiting qualified and unqualified Nursery Assistants to work in friendly and supportive nurseries across Southampton and Hampshire. Flexible childcare work – full‑time or occasional shifts, fit work around your lifestyle.

Responsibilities include supporting nursery teams with daily care, assisting with play and routines, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Opportunities across multiple nurseries with competitive hourly rates and CPD training.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nursery Assistants require Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Unqualified candidates should have experience with children and a caring attitude.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable.

Qualifications

Qualified Nursery Assistants

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous nursery or childcare experience
• Paediatric First Aid desired

Unqualified Nursery Assistants

• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable, enthusiastic and caring attitude
• Willingness to support nursery staff and learn on the job
