Search Consultancy is recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurse to cover York and surrounding areas on flexible ad-hoc or block booking shifts. You will deliver high-quality mental health care across private settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role supports patient care plans, monitors clinical needs, and maintains accurate records using electronic systems. You will report to ward managers or clinical leads and enjoy a competitive hourly rate with free DBS and uniform.

Qualifikationen

• NMC registered RMN with mental health experience.
• Enhanced DBS is required.
• Three years of employment references.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centred approach with ability to adapt quickly to new teams/environments.
