Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP is seeking a Registered Nurse (Mental Health / Learning Disability) to support adults with complex needs. The role focuses on person-centred care, independence and high-quality clinical support in a specialist setting.

Applicants must hold NMC registration in Mental Health or Learning Disabilities, with NHS or private sector experience preferred, and have unrestricted UK right to work. Full-time, day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• RN Mental Health or RN Learning Disabilities with full NMC registration.
• Experience in mental health settings, ideally hospital or equivalent.
• Proficient in clinical assessments, care planning and medication management.
• Ability to support individuals with distressed behaviour using a calm, person-centred approach.

Role: Nurse (Mental Health / Learning Disability)

Are you a Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference?

A specialist care provider is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team, supporting adults with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and additional support requirements.

You'll play an important role in delivering person-centred care, promoting independence and ensuring individuals receive the highest standards of clinical support.

This is an opportunity to work within a specialist setting where quality of care, individual wellbeing and positive outcomes are at the heart of everything.

Full-Time with day & night shifts available.

About You:

• RN Mental Health or RN Learning Disabilities with full NMC registration
• Experience working within mental health settings, ideally hospital (NHS or private)
• Confident with clinical assessments, care planning and medication management
• Experience supporting individuals who may present with distressed behaviour or behaviours that challenge, using a calm, compassionate and person-centred approach.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
