SeeMeHired.com is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to support young adults and children with mental health needs in the community. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care and work with families and MDTs to achieve positive outcomes.

Essentials: active NMC registration, 12 months’ experience with young people, and a full UK driving licence. The role offers flexible shifts, ongoing training, and career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care in line with best practice and clinical guidelines.
• Conduct clinical and risk assessments and care planning for individuals with mental health needs.
• Support and monitor medication management and clinical interventions as required.
• Apply de-escalation and therapeutic communication techniques to manage challenging behaviours safely.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical records, care plans, and incident reports.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and MDTs to ensure positive outcomes.
• Promote recovery, independence, and emotional wellbeing through person-centred care.

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
• Active NMC registration
• Minimum 12 months’ experience supporting young adults and children with mental health needs
• Experience working with challenging behaviours and safeguarding vulnerable individuals
• Confidence using digital care systems and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate approach
• Current PMVA certificate
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience working in community-based mental health services
• Additional training in trauma-informed care or behavioural support

• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
