Job summary

MDE Consultants Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrician to deliver electrical works across commercial Solar PV projects in the UK, with site-based roles and nationwide travel.

You will join installation teams, perform containment, cabling, testing and handover, and must hold NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, AM2, ECS Gold Card, 18th Edition and 2391 or equivalent, plus full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Electrical installation on commercial Solar PV projects
Install tray, ladder, trunking and conduit
Cable pulling, termination and testing
Read electrical drawings and schematics
Support commissioning and project handover
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship

Job description

Qualified Electrician - Commercial Solar PV

Location: UK Wide - Site Based, with nationwide travel and regular staying away

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Staying Away Package

Position: Full Time

We are looking for qualified Electricians to work across commercial Solar PV and energy projects throughout the UK.

You will work alongside Lead Electricians and installation teams, delivering electrical works from containment and cabling through to testing and handover.
