ALECTO RECRUITMENT LTD in Fareham, Hampshire is seeking an 18th Edition Electrician to install and commission solar PV and storage systems for residential customers.

The role offers a £52,000 base salary plus a company van, benefits and overtime. You will travel across the South from Hampshire and receive full training to progress in renewables. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience installing renewable energy systems such as Solar PV or Battery Storage is desirable but training can be provided.
• 18th Edition qualification required or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission solar PV systems and battery storage for residential customers.
• Provide full training to progress in Solar PV and renewables.
• Travel within the South from Hampshire; mobile role with site visits as required.

Location -Fareham | Hampshire

We are currently recruiting for an 18th Edition Qualified Electrician based in the Hampshire region (Fareham, Southampton, Portsmouth etc) and to join a well-established growing client of ours.

Our clientare a UK leading solar pv, battery storage and renewable energy installer, specialising primarily in domestic / residential installations.

• Hotel / meal allowances if any staying away is required
• Fully-employed position - or can potentially consider a day rate if preferred

Job Role

• Responsible for install and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and battery storage systems to residential customers.
• Full training to progress into Solar PV and Renewables can be provided for the right person.
• Based from Hampshire, however the role does require being mobile and with some travel throughout the South.

What We Are Looking For

• Ideally relevant other electrical qualifications such as 2391 testing & inspection etc.
• Previous experience installing renewable energy systems such as Solar PV systems or Battery Storage systems isa bonus - however training can be provided
• Full UK driving licence
