Level 2 & Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners - Full-Time Opportunities

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a number of fantastic early years settings across Coventry & Warwickshire, who are looking for enthusiastic Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioners to join their teams.

Some of these opportunities are also for Room Leader positions, ideal for experienced practitioners who are ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room while supporting the development and learning of young children.

As a consultant at Aspire People, I work closely with a range of nurseries, pre-schools and educational settings to match talented Early Years professionals with rewarding roles that suit their experience and career goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working with children aged 0-5
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An understanding of the EYFS framework
• The ability to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• A professional and reliable attitude
• For Room Leader positions, previous leadership or room‑leading experience would be desirable
