Aspire People is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support Nursery and Reception classes in primary settings across Manchester. The role involves fostering play-based learning, language development, and early literacy skills while working closely with teachers and EYFS staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or have relevant experience, with a nurturing, patient, and creative approach, strong communication, and a passion for child development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience.
• Recent experience working with young children.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Nurturing, patient and creative approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children.
• Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs would be advantageous.

Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking to move into a primary school?

Aspire People are currently recruiting Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators to support primary schools across Manchester.

With schools now back for the new academic year, we're looking to speak with Early Years professionals who are available for work and want to use their existing experience within a school environment.

This could be an ideal opportunity if you've worked within Nursery, Preschool, Day Nursery or Early Years settings and want to broaden your experience across Reception and the wider primary sector.

The Role May Include:
