Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a flexible nursery practitioner to join the Bright Flex / Bank team at Basingstoke Day Nursery and Preschool. You will support EYFS delivery, engage children in learning activities, and help with daily tasks while collaborating with a caring team.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior experience with children. DBS checks and safeguarding responsibilities are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in nursery or early years settings is required.
• Flexibility to work across Bright Flex / Bank shifts.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of EYFS through engaging activities.
• Encourage child development toward milestones.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks like room tidying and prep.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe environment.
