Bright Horizons Ely Day Nursery & Pre-School is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team in Ely, Cambridgeshire. The role supports EYFS delivery, helping children learn through play and group activities, with on-site parking and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in activities.
• Work as part of a team to complete day‑to‑day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
