Job summary

Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a flexible, qualified practitioner to join the Bright Flex / Bank team. You will support delivery of the EYFS and work alongside colleagues to provide engaging, educational activities for children.

Requirements include a full Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, experience with children, strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding. DBS checks will be undertaken before appointment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities and learning experiences.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
• Work as part of the Bright Flex / Bank team to ensure smooth operations.
