Bright Horizons Reigate Nursery is offering a flexible Bright Flex/Bank practitioner role. You will support delivery of EYFS, engage children in educational activities and help with daily tasks while benefiting from the security of being an employee.

We value honesty, excellence, accountability, respect and teamwork. A flexible schedule is available across different lengths of shifts, with DBS checks required prior to appointment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the EYFS through engaging activities.
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating learning environment.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
