Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with practice experience.
• Basic knowledge of tax computations is desirable.
• Competence in Sage, Excel, Word and ideally CaseWare.
• Experience supervising junior staff (6–12 months) is preferable.
• Strong up‑to‑date technical accounting knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients across industries, meet deadlines and report to Managers/Directors/Partners.
• Directly handle client correspondence, schedule work and set timings.
• Prepare planning memoranda, identify risk areas and gather audit evidence efficiently.
• Supervise juniors, ensure file completeness and address review points.
• Coordinate with departments to plan compliance work and deadlines.
• Compile raw data and summarise into review formats; monitor filing deadlines.
