Job summary

Next Phase Recruitment is recruiting a Head of Quality to steer QA, QC and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced pharma manufacturing and repackaging environment in the United Kingdom. You will develop a high-performing team and drive major improvement initiatives, including the rollout of an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).

In this senior role, you will oversee MHRA licensing, regulatory inspections and audit readiness, ensure robust GMP/GDP compliance, and lead quality

Qualifications

• Proven quality leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or repackaging.
• Strong knowledge of MHRA requirements, EU GMP and GDP.
• Experience hosting regulatory inspections and maintaining licences.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of improving quality systems and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA and QC functions, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee MHRA compliance, pharmaceutical licences, regulatory inspections and audit readiness.
• Ensure robust GMP/GDP compliance, QMS effectiveness, CAPAs, deviations and change control.
• Lead quality transformation projects and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen processes and regulatory standards.
