HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Quality for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Manchester. You will lead all Quality Assurance, Quality Control and QMS activities, ensuring MHRA/EU GMP compliance and driving continuous improvement across the site.

This is a senior leadership role offering £60,000-£80,000 per annum DOE, with the opportunity to shape the site’s quality strategy and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Significant GMP-regulated pharma experience.
• Leadership of QA/QC and QMS functions required.
• Proven ability to lead audits and regulatory inspections.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the site's quality strategy and QMS.
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP and MHRA requirements.
• Lead MHRA, customer and internal audits and inspections.
• Drive CAPA, deviation management, validation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality risk management systems and inspection readiness.
• Develop and approve SOPs, quality docs and technical agreements.
• Lead, coach and develop the quality team and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Senior Leadership to improve quality and performance.
