QHSE Specialist

Our client, a recognized market leader with nearly 40 years of experience in designing, developing, manufacturing, and distributing solutions worldwide, is seeking a proactive and dedicated QHSE Specialist. This role is part of their professional Quality team, supporting strategic growth for 2025 and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

1. Fostering a high-performance culture focused on QHSE management systems.
2. Applying in-depth QHSE knowledge to support the business with strategic solutions and advice.
3. Monitoring, analyzing, and improving process and product quality through various tools and methodologies.
4. Collaborating cross-functionally to promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
5. Ensuring effective management systems addressing Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing practices.
6. Implementing policies, standards, and conducting audits and site visits.
7. Managing the company's BS:EN:ISO-9001, BS:EN:ISO14001, and BS:OHSAS45001 systems.
8. Providing induction training for new employees to ensure ongoing compliance.
9. Overseeing recycling schemes, compiling data for management reviews, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Generating QHSE management reports as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing quality environment.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QMS systems.
• Degree-level qualification or higher preferred.
• Membership of a relevant professional body is advantageous.
• Good understanding of ISO standards and experience with copper or aluminium metals is a plus.
