The successful candidate will have a strong EHS background within an industrial/manufacturing environment and enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced role.

Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:30pm, Friday 8am – 3:30pm

Location: Coventry, with some travel to Birmingham involved

Job Description

• Maintenance and development of the Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to ISO14001 and 45001 standards.
• Development, implementation, and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental manuals, procedures, forms, and safe systems of work.
• Management of permits and consents, including liaising with environmental agencies and local authorities.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee the coordination and completion of action plans.
• Deliver health, safety, and environmental training across the business, including new starter inductions.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience in a health, safety, and environmental role within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
• Full UK driving license.
