NFU Mutual is seeking a Health and Safety Consultant to join their Risk Management Services team. This role involves engaging with diverse clients across various industries, conducting surveys, and providing tailored health and safety advice. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in health and safety consultancy, excellent interpersonal skills, and be Chartered IOSH qualified or working towards this qualification.
As an NFU Mutual Health and Safety consultant, you’ll be part of a Risk Management Services team that has helped business owners reduce and manage commercial risks for over 30 years.
This role focuses on health and safety, requiring active engagement in survey work. The team is part of the UK's largest Risk Management Consultancy, providing tailored health and safety advice.
You’ll work remotely from home and visit clients across Cheshire and North Wales as needed. You will manage your own schedule, working with an existing client base and generating new business through referrals. Clients span various industries, including commercial, agriculture, retail, estates, and leisure, ensuring diverse daily tasks.
Your role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, other consultants, and regulatory bodies to achieve goals and promote NFU Mutual Risk Management Services.
This position suits those who enjoy working with diverse clients and managing their own time effectively.
You possess extensive experience as a health and safety professional and seek a new challenge within a well-established company.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong client relationships are essential. You work consultatively, providing the best guidance and results.
