Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a dedicated QHSE professional to drive quality, health, safety and environmental performance across its manufacturing operations in the EMEA region. You will develop and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001, lead audits, manage risk, and report to the QHSE Director, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in a diverse, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Technical or Quality-related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Recognized qualifications in Quality, SPC, Six Sigma, or similar disciplines (advantageous).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective listening skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Solid numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience within the Food and Drinks Industry (advantageous).
• Exposure to working with non-UK manufacturers, including understanding of different languages and cultures.
• Strong people management skills, with experience in team development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide reports to the QHSE Director and allocate resources to resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits to customers, suppliers, and units to address QHSE requirements.
• Lead by example to promote a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace.
