Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental strategy. You will report to the Operations Director and promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across manufacturing.

You will maintain the Integrated Management System, ensure ISO certifications, manage audits, governance and risk, and drive performance improvement through robust CAPA and corrective

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of developing and improving Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of QHSE strategy.
• Maintain IMS and ensure compliance with ISO standards and legislation.
• Drive governance, risk management and performance improvement across the business.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage CAPA and corrective actions.
