Job summary

Insight Select is recruiting a Quality & EHS Manager for an office-based role in Reading. The role requires hands-on leadership of QHSE systems, management of audits, CAPA and incident investigations. You will drive continuous improvement and deliver training across the site within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.

The position offers a salary of £55,000–£65,000 per year and standard office hours, with an emphasis on strong stakeholder engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Quality and/or QHSE systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system.
• Managing internal and external audits.
• Owning CAPA processes and effectiveness checks.
• Managing customer quality issues and complaints.
• Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Supporting supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
• Monitoring compliance, risks, trends and KPIs.
• Leading incident investigations and HSE activities.
• Driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking.
• Developing and delivering Q-EHS training across the site.
