Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting a QHES Manager for a growing print and packaging business in Belfast. You will own the quality function with a strong focus on BRCGS, environmental compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead a team of four, manage BRCGS certification, audits, and drive ISO 14001, FSE and PEFC compliance while collaborating with production to sustain high quality standards and KPI reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality, Compliance, QHES or QHSE roles.
• Strong experience leading BRCGS audits is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, food, print or similar regulated environments.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of FSE and PEFC requirements.
• Experience mentoring a quality team.
• Relevant qualification in Quality/Environmental, Health & Safety or Compliance is desirable.
