CVL:LDN is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to drive continual improvement across safety, health, environmental and quality performance on multiple projects. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure procedures and client requirements are understood and implemented, and you will deliver toolbox talks and training to raise safety culture.

The role requires NEBOSH or equivalent, experience maintaining ISO 9001/14001/45001, and strong incident investigation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety, health, environmental and quality performance across multiple projects.
• Work with operational teams to implement company procedures and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections/audits and drive corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments, method statements and construction phase plans.
• Lead incident investigations and share lessons learnt.
• Maintain and improve ISO-based integrated management systems.
• Support external audits, accreditations and client reviews.
• Deliver toolbox talks, briefings and training to raise awareness.
• Provide clear performance reports to senior management.
• Support pre-qualifications and tender submissions with SHEQ information.

Our client is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced SHEQ Manager to drive continual improvement across safety, health, environmental and quality performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive SHEQ Manager who enjoys working closely with operational teams, providing practical guidance and developing a positive safety culture.

Salary to £55k | Stakeholder Pension | Annual Bonus | Private Healthcare | Life Assurance | 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays

SHEQ Manager Key Essentials:

• Reporting to senior management, as SHEQ Manager your role will involve overseeing safety, health, environmental and quality performance across multiple projects
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure company procedures and client requirements are understood and consistently implemented
• Conducting site inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are completed
• Supporting the preparation and review of risk assessments, method statements and construction phase plans
• Leading incident investigations, identifying root causes and sharing lessons learnt throughout the business
• Maintaining and improving integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Supporting external audits, company accreditations and client assurance reviews
• Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and training to improve awareness and encourage positive behaviours
• Monitoring performance, identifying trends and providing clear reports to senior management
• Supporting pre-qualification questionnaires and tender submissions with relevant SHEQ information

SHEQ Manager Requirements:

• Qualified with NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
• Experience maintaining integrated management systems for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 and supporting internal and external audits
• Ability to provide practical advice and build effective relationships with site teams, clients and senior management
• Strong incident investigation, reporting and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
