Job summary

PRS is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to support a UK-wide Facilities Management and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) business. You will provide health, safety, environmental and quality guidance across multiple sites, helping ensure statutory compliance, maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include leading ISO management, conducting audits and inspections, investigating incidents and delivering QHSE inductions and training across the contract

Qualifications

• Experience in a QHSE role within Facilities Management, Building Services or an M&E environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience carrying out audits, site inspections, accident investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with multiple sites, contract teams and stakeholders across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide QHSE support and guidance to contract managers, site teams and mobile engineers.
• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• Carry out site inspections, internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Investigate accidents, manage incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Develop and review risk assessments, policies and QHSE documentation.
• Deliver QHSE inductions, training and awareness sessions.
• Support contract mobilisation, external audits and accreditation submissions.
• Monitor compliance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the QHSE Director to promote best practice across the business.
