Job summary

Insight Select is recruiting an experienced Quality & EHS Manager for a growing pharmaceutical and life sciences organisation. The role is hands-on and drives quality, safety and environmental performance across the site. You will lead ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, manage audits and CAPA, and run root cause investigations.

Strong stakeholder management and clear communication are essential. Based in Reading, this office/site-based role runs Monday to Friday 08:30–17:00, offering an opportunity to

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Quality and/or QHSE systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system.
• Managing internal and external audits.
• Owning CAPA processes and effectiveness checks.
• Managing customer quality issues and complaints.
• Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Supporting supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
• Monitoring compliance, risks, trends and KPIs.
• Leading incident investigations and HSE activities.
• Driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking.
• Developing and delivering Q-EHS training across the site.
