Job summary

Insight Select in Reading is seeking an experienced Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead the QMS, drive ISO standards and ensure site compliance. The role involves managing audits, CAPA, incident investigations and customer quality issues while maintaining supplier quality performance across the site.

You will drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking, and develop Q-EHS training for site personnel.

Qualifications

• Lead the QMS, HSE, and site-wide quality initiatives.
• Oversee internal and external audits and CAPA processes.
• Own CAPA and effectiveness checks across the site.
• Manage customer quality issues and complaints.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support supplier and subcontractor quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance, risks, trends and KPIs.
• Lead incident investigations and HSE activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking.
• Develop and deliver Q-EHS training across the site.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5pm

Role Requirements

• Leading the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system
• Managing internal and external audits
• Owning CAPA processes and effectiveness checks
• Managing customer quality issues and complaints
• Leading root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Supporting supplier and subcontractor quality performance
• Monitoring compliance, risks, trends and KPIs
• Leading incident investigations and HSE activities
• Driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking
• Developing and delivering Q-EHS training across the site

About You

• Proven experience managingQuality and/or QHSE systems
• Strong knowledge ofISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Package

• £55,000-£65,000per annum
• Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
