Job summary

Insight Select in Reading is seeking an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to join a growing organisation within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will lead the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety management system and own CAPA processes while managing internal and external audits.

The role requires strong ISO 9001/14001/45001 knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to drive continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Quality and/or QHSE systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Experience with HSE legislation, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Own CAPA processes and effectiveness checks.
• Manage customer quality issues and complaints.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
• Monitor compliance, risks, trends and KPIs.
• Lead incident investigations and HSE activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking.
• Develop and deliver Q-EHS training across the site.
