Job summary

Insight Select is recruiting an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical and life sciences site in Reading. You will lead the Q-HSE management system, drive audits, CAPA and incident investigations, and collaborate with suppliers to uphold compliance.

This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with lean improvements and excellent stakeholder communication. Standard office hours apply.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience leading audits and managing CAPA.
• Hands-on Q-EHS experience in pharma/life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental management system.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Own CAPA processes and effectiveness checks.
• Manage customer quality issues & complaints.
• Lead root cause investigations & corrective actions.
• Support supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
• Monitor compliance, risks, trends and KPIs.
• Lead incident investigations and HSE activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and risk-based thinking.
• Develop and deliver Q-EHS training across the site.
