Job summary

XPO Logistics is seeking a proactive QHSE Coordinator to support Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental objectives across a key contract. You will analyse performance data, maintain systems and drive a positive safety culture with operational teams.

The role also involves producing reports and dashboards, coordinating audits, managing risk assessments and contributing to safety campaigns. The ideal candidate will have QHSE experience, strong analytics and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in QHSE, compliance, reporting, administration or analytical roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Great communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using SharePoint or QHSE management systems advantageous.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and report on QHSE performance data to spot trends.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Maintain QHSE systems, records and reporting platforms.
• Monitor actions from audits, inspections, incidents and safety observations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and compliance activities.
• Assist with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Support safety campaigns and contract-wide communications.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide insights for safer ways of working.
