Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced QHSE Engineer to provide practical Health & Safety support across the business, including risk assessments, incident investigations and toolbox talks.

You will work with the QHSE Director and support audits, quality management systems, non-conformances, root-cause investigations, supplier quality and environmental compliance, with on-site work three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessments and safety investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or similar is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, warehousing or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks and implement corrective actions.

Job description

This role suits an experienced QHSE Engineer seeking a varied, hands-on position covering Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental responsibilities.

Working closely with the QHSE Director, you will provide practical Health & Safety support across the business, including risk assessments, incident investigations, toolbox talks, safety briefings and corrective actions. You will also support audits, quality management systems, non-conformances, root-cause investigations, supplier quality, and environmental compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised Health & Safety qualification, ideally NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, along with practical experience in a manufacturing, electronics, warehousing, distribution or similar environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100 or supplier auditing would be beneficial.
