Mitie is seeking a proactive QHSE professional to provide on-site support and advice across our Northern Ireland portfolio. You will help ensure audit readiness, carry out risk assessments, incident investigations, and deliver QHSE training while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires a relevant Health & Safety or Environment qualification, experience in a similar role, and a willingness to travel and be on-site. ISO 45001 and COSHH familiarity are desirable.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification in Health & Safety or Environment.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Northern Ireland and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent QHSE advice to onsite operations.
• Ensure sites are audit-ready for external and internal audits.
• Create, review and maintain risk assessments and method statements.
• Deliver QHSE training modules and briefing material.
• Promote a positive Health & Safety culture and drive compliance.
