Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an experienced QHSE Advisor to join a contract operating within a highly regulated environment at Sellafield - Seascale. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with legislation, client requirements, and industry best practice.

You will work with operational teams, subcontractors and clients to provide practical QHSE advice, support continuous improvement, and drive a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a QHSE Advisor.
• Minimum 3 years in high-hazard or highly regulated environment.
• Proven track record of delivering QHSE improvements.
• Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work independently.
