Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a QHSE Support role in the UK, embedded within the QHSE Team. The position supports site visits, incident reporting, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards and client requirements.

The candidate will work with the QHSE Adviser, help maintain the Year Planner, and provide guidance on policy and legislative needs. A UK passport with vetting readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications to support reporting and documentation.
• Experience with Power BI for data insights and KPIs.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support QHSE Adviser across sites to maintain standards.
• Ensure accident/incidents are reported and investigated where needed.
• Maintain the QHSE planner and assist in on-time updates.
• Prepare and disseminate QHSE reports and documentation.
• Assist with internal audits and compliance with ISO standards.
