Job summary

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented QC Engineer for a permanent role in Deeside. The candidate will implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, align ITPs, and review documentation and calibration of test equipment.

QA/QC in manufacturing/engineering, NCR handling, and an eye for quality and safety are essential. The position offers strong progression opportunities within a fast-growing fabrication business with nuclear industry exposure.

Qualifications

CSWIP 3.1 essential; strong QA/QC knowledge with NCR experience.
PCN Level 2 highly desirable.
Proven QA/QC experience in manufacturing, engineering or energy sector.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Ensure Inspection Test Plans align with project requirements (ITPs).
Review documentation, certifications, and calibration of test equipment, meeting standards.
Review of Lifetime Records (LTRs/LTQRs) and Final certification packages.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain project documentation flow and quality compliance.
Conduct audits, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Collate and keep up to date SQEP files for personnel.
Facilitate quality-related training and maintain up-to-date records for personnel and approved suppliers.
