Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide on-site quality engineering support for assessment, inspection and NCR management of quarantined materials in the warehouse. You will drive defect resolution with suppliers and engineering teams to minimise delays to construction activities.

The role requires experience in nuclear, power or heavy industry, strong stakeholder management and the ability to inspect mechanical and electrical equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Engineering, QA or Inspection within nuclear, power generation, construction, manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong experience of NCR management, defect investigation and root cause analysis.
• Ability to perform physical inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Understanding of supplier quality processes and defect resolution.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, manufacturing records and quality dossiers.

• Provide on-site quality engineering support for assessment, inspection, investigation and resolution of quarantined materials in the warehouse.
