Job summary

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a QC Engineer for a fast-growing fabrication business with strong nuclear industry exposure. You will implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan and manage inspection activities to ensure project compliance.

The ideal candidate has CSWIP 3.1, PCN Level 2 is desirable, and proven QA/QC experience in manufacturing or engineering. This permanent, on-site role offers progression and a salary of £60k–£65k with benefits.

Qualifications

• CSWIP 3.1 essential, strong QA/QC knowledge and NCR experience considered.
• PCN Level 2 highly desirable.
• Proven QA/QC experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure ITPs align with project requirements and perform reviews.
• Review documentation, certifications, and calibration of test equipment per standards.
• Review Lifetime Records and Final certificates.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain documentation flow.
• Conduct audits, issue NCRs and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain SQEP files for personnel and train staff on quality processes.
