Boccard UK Limited is recruiting a QC Engineer for our Deeside digital manufacturing plant, supporting carbon and stainless-steel pipe spools and related structures. You will implement the Project Quality Plan, perform inspections, and work with QC Inspectors to ensure right-first-time delivery.

Applicants should have advanced welding knowledge, significant NCR experience, and nuclear sector exposure, with a proven track record in fast, high-volume production environments.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of modern welding procedures.
• Significant experience with pipe spooling contracts.
• Knowledge of RCCM manufacturing specifications.
• Computer literate and willing to train on internal digital platforms.
• Previous Nuclear experience required.
• Experience in fast/high-volume production environments.
• Minimum 5 years proven NCR management, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plans.
• Review documentation, LTQRs, weld procedures, and calibration records.
• Carry out inspections in line with the Project Quality Plan.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Compliance. Conduct audits, manage non-conformance reports, and support supplier approvals. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality standards are met. Deliver quality awareness training and contribute to process improvements. NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions

What You’ll Bring:
